梁桂常委一行參觀了江西奕方榮譽廳、技術中心、產品展示廳,詳細了解企業的經營情況與產品情況。

During the training, Mrs. Xiong shared her valuable experience in the integration of brand and culture, and culture for business development from four aspects: the business concept of brand culture, the importance of brand culture to business, the building of brand culture system, and how to build a brand culture in the long term.

Entrusted by Mr. Xia, Mrs. Yuan made a concluding speech. First, Mrs. Yuan expressed her gratitude to Mrs. Xiong for her wonderful sharing of brand culture construction for Huabao colleagues. 在新加坡,袁總一行視察了亞太華寶,慰問了亞太華寶員工,聽取了各個部門的工作匯報以及大家對于公司發展的建議,勉勵大家加強文化融合,努力工作,把華寶味道,中國味道介紹到東南亞,介紹到世界,當好華寶扎根東南亞市場的第一批“開拓者”,發揮橋頭堡的作用,講好華寶故事。袁總一行在亞太華寶總經理董萍的陪同下對新加坡市場進行了走訪調研,實地了解市場信息,并與當地行業專家進行交流。
隨后,袁總一行前往印度尼西亞首都雅加達,印度尼西亞投資發展部門相關官員熱情接待了袁總一行。袁總一行與印尼方座談,介紹公司情況,了解印尼投資政策相關情況,并深入工業區實地考察,了解情況。在印尼期間,袁總一行還拜訪了客戶,與客戶座談交流,探討深化合作。
在返回新加坡亞太華寶后,袁總第一時間召開了本次東南亞調研考察的總結會,總結幾天來的考察、交流成果并部署下一步馬來西亞考察、調研工作。
袁總表示,此次考察調研讓我們更直接地感受到了東南亞的民俗文化、經濟發展和民眾生活,特別是當地政府招商部門的服務態度和敬業精神值得我們學習,為我們接下來通過文化融合、投資興業、人才培養以及產品創新等一系列措施進一步深耕東南亞市場提供了決策參考和依據。

華寶股份2023年度科技項目立項工作是在公司“綠色、營養、健康”企業使命的引導下,緊緊圍繞“香精香料升級”和“健康食品配料”這兩個公司業務轉型升級的主要方向開展的。科技項目立項工作以技術創新和產品創新為目標,不斷提升公司核心能力和市場競爭力。
從2022年年底開始,華寶股份科技管理部組織科創中心及各下屬企業的研發團隊積極參與申報本年度各類科技項目,并提交項目任務書。經過多輪前置審查、討論和修改,華寶股份科技管理部分別于2023年3月10日、3月21日和4月28日,組織開展了2023年度科技項目立項專家評審會議。

Starting from the end of 2022, the Science and Technology Management Department of Huabao Co., Ltd. has organized the Center of Science & Innovation and the R&D team from each subordinate company to actively participate in declaring various projects of the current year and submitting the project mission statement. After several rounds of preliminary review, discussion, and modification, the Science and Technology Management Department of Huabao Co., Ltd. organized the expert review meeting on 10th March, 21st March, and 28th April 2023 respectively.

本次有華寶股份科創中心、廣州華芳、華寶孔雀、上海嘉萃等單位合計17個項目參與立項評審,項目內容包括植物提取等產品的研究和開發。在項目立項評審會上,各項目負責人依次就立項目的和必要性、具體實施方案、技術路徑及創新點、項目組織及預算、項目預期產出等方面進行了詳細匯報和答辯。隨后與會評審專家對每個申報項目提出了綜合評價意見和建議。
專家組一致認為,本次申報的科技項目在選題、創新點、研究內容、技術實施等方面能緊緊圍繞“同心多元化”發展戰略,堅持“綠色、營養、健康” 企業使命,以市場洞察和消費者需求為導向,充分體現出華寶股份技術研發人員在理論水平與技術創新等方面綜合能力的顯著提升。通過現場專家評審,最終12個項目通過立項評審。
在最后的立項評審總結上,華寶股份董事、總裁袁肖琴女士就公司科研工作做出指示:抓創新就是抓發展,謀創新就是謀未來。我們需要抓住科技創新這個“關鍵變量”,強化科研項目工作與公司業務的深度融合,提升企業核心競爭力,共同推動公司科技創新再上新臺階,為公司業務戰略轉型奠定堅實的基礎。

At the project evaluation meeting, each project leader made a detailed report on a specific implementation plan, technical path and innovation, project organization and budget, project expected outputs, and so on. Subsequently, the evaluation experts put forward comprehensive evaluation opinions and suggestions on each declared project.
The expert group agreed that the declared science and technology projects in the selection of topics, innovation, research content, technical implementation, etc. were closely aligned to the "concentric diversification" development strategy, and adhere to the "green, nutritious, healthy" corporate mission. Guided by market insight and consumer demand, these projects fully reflected the significant improvement of the comprehensive ability of Huabao's R&D personnel at the theoretical level and technological innovation. Through the on-site expert evaluation, 12 projects passed the project evaluation.

五月,華寶集團香原料事業部旗下企業江西香海清潔生產審核報告通過了政府主管部門專家組的評審。本次評審會議由江西省新余市生態環境局、市環境監測站等政府主管部門組織專家開展,第三方咨詢單位及江西香海清潔生產工作負責人出席。

這是江西香海自2022年啟動清潔生產工作以來接受的首輪評審。自工作啟動伊始,江西香海上下高度重視,緊緊圍繞“節能、降耗、減污、增效”工作目標,通過組建清潔生產工作領導小組、制定清潔生產審核工作計劃、開展清潔生產宣傳教育活動、征集清潔生產方案一系列工作,保障了相關工作的有序推進,取得了良好的成效。

精益生產管理開展之初,江西香海結合實際情況,以制度建設為切入點,將精益生產管理的要求融入到日常經營管理當中。建立健全推進精益生產管理的激勵約束機制,通過劃分責任區域、明確責任人,將各工段劃分為若干區劃,各小組長為生產線、設備、質量、工藝控制責任人,公共區域指定清掃責任人等,將精益生產管理內容納入到管理人員、班組長、一線員工的KIP指標和每月紅旗班組考核范疇,不斷細化考核指標,充分保證精益生產工作的有序開展。
一、強化組織領導,健全管理機制

At the beginning of lean production management, Jiangxi Shamhai took system construction as an entry point, combined with the actual situation, and integrate the requirements of lean production management into daily operation and management. Besides, they established and continuously improved the incentive and constraint institutions through the division of responsibility area and personnel. For example, they divided each section into several districts, appointed each team leader as the person responsible for production line, equipment, quality, and process control, designated the person responsible for cleaning the public area, and incorporated the lean production management content into the KIP index of managers, team leaders, front-line employees, and the monthly red flag team assessment. By continuously refining the assessment indicators, Jiangxi Shamhai fully ensures the orderly development of lean production.
二、強化宣傳教育,塑造精細文化
精益生產管理是公司企業文化的重要組成部分,是全員參與的過程。為培養職工精益管理意識,江西香海通過會議、專題講座、懸掛宣傳標語等形式,組織員工學習精益生產管理的具體內容,讓“增利潤、降成本、提質量”的思想根植于每一個員工心中,讓“5S”意識內化于心,外化于行,持續改進、杜絕浪費,同時將精益生產與安全標準化有機結合,形成規范化管理的良好勢頭。?

To cultivate lean management awareness among employees, Jiangxi Shamhai organized their staff to learn the concept of lean production management through meetings and lectures, banners, and other forms of publicity. By doing so, the thinking of "increase profits, reduce costs, improve quality" was rooted in the minds of every employee. Not only do they bear in mind the awareness of "5S", but also it motivated them to devote themselves to small actions such as continuous improvement and elimination of waste. Meanwhile, Jiangxi Shamhai organically combined lean production with safety standardization to form a good momentum of standardized management.
三、強化責任分工,提高工作效率
江西香海成立精益生產管理領導小組,制定精益生產管理工作實施方案,進一步明確各部門、員工有關精益生產管理的工作職責和工作任務,通過《交接班制度》壓緊壓實精益生產責任,各時段生產班組人員交接班時,必須反復檢查、確認上個班組的生產情況、產品質量、工藝情況后,詳細記錄并簽名,大大提高員工的工作責任心與自覺性,真正意義實現精益生產職責分明、管理有序、落實有力。

生產質量的管控以及產品品質是企業發展的“生命線”。江西香海加強落實5S、目視化等管理措施,保證生產環節規范、高效運行,要求全體員工始終將“零缺陷”作為工作標準,對每一道工序都做到精益求精,減少因返工帶來的損失,一旦發現不良品,則及時停機,將不良品在本工序截下,并且在本工序內完成不良品處置并采取防止措施,堅決做到“不接收、不制造、不傳遞”不合格品。同時公司還從優化工藝流程、改進設備狀態等方面下功夫,充分保證產品品質的“零缺陷”。

Lean production management is a process of advancing with the times, continuous improvement, and promotion. 博茨瓦納,一個坐落于非洲南部的內陸國家,雖然在地圖上可能不顯眼,但它的文化卻是那么的豐富與獨特。作為非洲F&G公司的一員,我常駐博茨瓦納十年多,今天,就借著對博茨瓦納文化和歷史的了解,分享我的一些粗淺的理解與感悟。
十多年前,從走下飛機,腳踏博茨瓦納土地的那一刻,我就感覺到了南部非洲夏日早晚的涼爽和中午的炎熱。博茨瓦納給我的第一印象,十幾年過去了,依然是如此地強烈,如果用一個詞來概括,那就是“共存”。
1.各膚色人種的共存
第一件出乎我意料的事情就是,在博茨瓦納會遇見很多中國同胞,還有白種人、印度人、韓國人、拉美人等。雖然數量上可能不多,但幾率很高。他們做的工作也不盡相同,有開店做生意的,有開公司的,有做牧師的,也有在公司上班的,但都在博茨瓦納落了腳。
2.多部族的共存
除此之外,博茨瓦納本身就是一個多部族的國家,其中最大的部族是塞茨瓦納人。而各部族都有自己的語言和文化,他們從小要在學校學習塞茨瓦納語。盡管存在多樣性,但各部族間都有共同的價值觀和信仰。這種價值觀被深深植入了博茨瓦納人的日常生活中,不論是在家庭、社區還是國家層面。
值得一提的是,博茨瓦納的塞茨瓦納人,只占該部族人口的一半左右。另一半的塞茨瓦納人大都居住在跟博茨瓦納交接的南非境內。這樣的分布,讓博茨瓦納當地的很多文化元素(包括音樂、時尚等)受南非的影響很大。

Botswana Culture: An Extraordinary Journey to Africa

Botswana, a landlocked country situated in Southern Africa, may not be prominent on the map, but its culture is so rich and unique. As a member of F&G Botswana, based in Botswana for more than ten years, today, based on my knowledge of its culture and history, I would like to share some of my rough understanding and insights of Botswana's culture.
From the moment I got off the plane, I felt the coolness of the African summer morning and evening and the heat at noon, Botswana gave me the first impression, and until now I still feel the same cultural characteristics can be summed up in one word, that is, "coexistence".
1. Coexistence of people of all skin colours
The first surprising thing is that in Botswana, you will meet a lot of Chinese, Caucasians, Indians, Koreans, Latinos and so on. It may be small in number, but it is a high percentage. They do different jobs, from those who run shops and businesses, to those who run companies, to those who work as pastors, to those who work in companies, but all of them have resided in Botswana.
2. Coexistence of multiple tribes
Apart from that, Botswana itself is a multi-tribal country, with the largest tribe being the Setswana. And while each tribe has its own language and culture, they are required to learn Setswana at school from an early age. Despite the diversity, there are shared values and beliefs among the tribes. Such values are deeply embedded in the daily lives of Botswana, whether at the family, community or national level.
It is worth noting that Botswana's Setswana, only make up about half of the tribe's population. The other half of the Setswana population resides in South Africa, which borders Botswana. This distribution has allowed South Africa to greatly influence many elements of the local Botswana culture (including music, fashion, etc.).

3. 人與自然的和諧共存

3. Coexistence of human and nature
Botswana's natural environment is one of its specialities. It is home to the famous Okavango Delta, the Chabessa Basin and the Kalahari Desert. These places are not just scenic attractions, but also an important part of the local culture.
The relationship between Botswana people and nature is harmonious and respectful. In traditional Botswana society, it is believed that every piece of land has a soul and life. This respect for nature has influenced Botswana's ecotourism industry, making the country a model of sustainable tourism.
4. Coexistence of tradition and modernity
Botswana has a rich cultural heritage, from ancient cave paintings to contemporary music and dance. The locals perform their traditional dances during celebrations and festivals, and the pace and rhythm of these dances have their own unique significance.
However, Botswana does not stop at tradition. With globalisation, Western culture has also influenced the country, especially in the capital city of Gaborone. But unlike other countries, Botswana has managed to combine tradition and modernity to create a unique cultural identity.
Due to Botswana's underdeveloped industry, people have very limited access to modern technology and can be slow to catch on when it comes to modern office and manufacturing technology. This is evident in the staff at F&G Botswana, which requires a process of training.
Botswana, the country in the heart of Africa, is rich in cultural heritage and beautiful natural landscapes, and at the same time demonstrates the charm and depth of African culture.

中國各地飲食習慣有很大的差異。從吃的內容上看,由于各地的物產不盡相同,長期形成的飲食習慣便有所區別。南方人主食以米制品為主,北方人主食以面食為主,副食主要是肉、雞蛋和各種蔬菜,但受氣候影響,到了冬天,北方蔬菜的品種相對比較少。
從風味上看,中國各地形成了不同的菜系,比較著名的有八大菜系:廣東菜、四川菜、山東菜、江蘇菜、浙江菜、福建菜、湖南菜、安徽菜。北京菜在宮廷菜的基礎上,吸收各地菜系的精華,也形成菜系。每個菜系都有自己的拿手名菜,如四川宮保雞丁、山東糖醋黃河鯉魚、湖南剁椒魚頭、浙江龍井蝦仁、北京烤鴨等。
由于中國各地氣候、物產和生活習慣的不同,人們的口味也會有差別。一般來說,江蘇、浙江一帶的人愛吃甜的,做菜總愛放點兒糖:北方人愛吃咸的,做菜時放鹽較多:湖南人、四川人愛吃辣的,辣椒是常用的調味品;山西人愛吃醋,做菜離不開醋。所以,中國菜歷來有“南甜、北咸、東辣、西酸的說法
Eating habits vary greatly from place to place in China. In terms of what people eat, as a result of the differences in the kinds of food grown in different parts of China, dietary habits are also varied from region to region. Rice tends to be the staple crop in the south of the country, whereas wheat (and hence products made from flour, such as noodles and dumplings) is consumed more in the north. Non-staple food is mainly meat, eggs and a variety of vegetables, but affected by the climate, there are relatively fewer varieties of vegetables in the north in winter.
In terms of flavor, China boasts many cuisines in different regions, the most famous of which are the following eight: Guangdong/Cantonese cuisine, Sichuan cuisine, Shandong cuisine, Jiangsu cuisine, Zhejiang cuisine, Fujian cuisine, Hunan cuisine and Anhui cuisine. Through absorbing the quintessence of other cuisines all over the country, Beijing cuisine has developed characteristics of its own on the basis of royal court cuisine. Each cuisine has its representative dishes, such as Kung Pao Chicken (Sichuan cuisine), Sweet and Sour Yellow River Carp (Shandong cuisine), Sauteed Fish Head with Diced Spicy Pepper (Hunan cuisine), Longjing Shelled Shrimps (Zhejiang cuisine), Beijing Roast Duck (Beijing cuisine), etc.
Due to the differences in climate, products and living habits in different parts of China, people's tastes are also different. Generally speaking, people from Jiangsu and Zhejiang have a sweet tooth and tend to put some sugar in dishes; northerners favor salty flavors and put more salt in their dishes; people from Hunan and Sichuan prefer spicy food and they often use chilli peppers in their cooking; Shanxi is famed for its vinegar and people from this region can't do without vinegar in their dishes. Therefore. there is an old saying in China, “Sweet south, salty north, peppery east and sour west.

Indonesia is a country with a long history and cultural tradition. Between the 13th and 16th centuries, parts of the Indonesian islands were the centre of ancient kingdoms, such as the Malay and Javanese kingdoms. These kingdoms had a profound impact on Indonesia's history, culture and language. In addition, Indonesia is home to world-famous monuments such as the Borobudur Stupa and the city of Budobo.
