In the lecture, the lecturer introduced the origin, conceptual meaning, and development trend of ESG, elaborated on the ESG sustainable development planning program of Huabao Group, and shared the excellent ESG practice cases of Huabao Group's industries. After the wonderful sharing, the lecturer also had on-site communication with the participants.

With the mission of "Green, Nutritious and Healthy" and the vision of "Flavor Your Life", Huabao has been actively responding to international and national ESG initiatives, disclosing its annual Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report since 2016 and developing the "2025 Sustainability Report" in 2020. We have formulated the 2025 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We are actively exploring various aspects of energy saving, emission reduction, consumption reduction, and social responsibility, one step at a time. By the end of 2021, Huabao has aligned itself with 17 international Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), promoting ESG audits with practical actions and contributing to the world's commitment to sustainable development. We will take ESG concepts as our long-term development strategy and action plan to lay a solid foundation for sustainable development.
The Report on the Preparatory Work of the Congress and the Report on the Examination of Delegates' Qualifications were announced. Congress also considered and adopted the voting method, election method, the list of candidates for the "two committees", and the list of scrutineers, and elected the first committee of the joint labor union and the financial review committee.
Subsequently, the newly elected chairman of the joint trade union, Tang Ping, made a speech, in which he said that all the members of the trade union would live up to their responsibilities, work closely with each other, effectively perform the basic duties of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the employees, closely unite all the employees, and return the trust and expectations of the staff by working in a realistic and pragmatic manner.
The labor union is a bridge that links the enterprise and the employees. The development of the enterprise is also dependent on the strong support of the labor union organization. In the future, the joint labor union will further unite the employees, create harmonious labor relations, and enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the staff. In addition, the labor union will actively call on the staff to practice the core values of Huabao, enhance their sense of responsibility and mission, work pragmatically, forge ahead, and add a constant stream of creative potential and innovative vitality to promote the high-quality development of the enterprise.
大會宣讀了《大會籌備工作報告》和《代表資格審查報告》,審議通過了大會表決辦法、選舉辦法、“兩委”正式候選人名單、監票人名單,選舉產生了聯合工會第一屆委員會和經費審查委員會。
隨后,新當選的聯合工會主席唐平發言,他表示全體工會委員將不負重托,密切配合,切實履行好維護職工合法權益的基本職責,緊密團結全體職工,以求真務實的工作來回報大家的信任和期望。

日前,吉首煙材通過開展技能培訓及勞動競賽,幫助員工提升職業技能水平和操作水平,打造知識型、技術型、創新型高素質員工隊伍,為企業發展奠定一流的人員基礎。此次技能培訓及勞動競賽分為理論培訓、理論考試、消防安全培訓、實操考試四個部分,共有55名員工參加。
Hunan Jishou Minzu Tobacco Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jishou Tobacco") helped its employees to improve their vocational skill level and operation level by carrying out skill training and labor competition to create a knowledge-based, technical, and innovative high-quality workforce and lay a first-class personnel foundation for the development of the company. The skills training and labor competition is divided into four parts: theoretical training, theoretical examination, fire safety training, and practical examination, with a total of 55 employees participating.

In the skills competition, the contestants took part in a number of projects such as finished product inspection, etc. They methodically followed the instructions of the operation guidebook to do every step carefully and refined every detail of the customer's requirements. This is not only a labor competition, but also an abbreviation of the staff's pursuit of high standards and strict requirements for product quality, and a promise to customers. After fierce competition, 15 players finally outperformed the others and won the awards.
"I am very happy, through this competition my knowledge in all aspects has been improved, thanks to my partner's support and encouragement," said Liu Xisha, the first-prize winner of the bar group.

今年是我們華寶集團全面推進精益生產管理工作的一年。參與了幾家企業的精益起步歷程,自己感覺到了大家的激情。不論是公司高層領導,還是生產車間一線員工,大家都很有激情的去面對這項工作。有些人是第一次接觸精益生產的概念,還有一些人曾經接觸過一點相關內容,但這絲毫不影響他們繼續積極主動的了解精益生產,學習精益生產思想,從而指導自己參與精益生產管理工作。有時與這些同事進行簡單的溝通,都會持續一兩個小時,大家為的就是弄明白一個精益生產的小知識,這些都給了我巨大的鼓舞。
激情過后,大家可能就會出現迷茫和退縮的情緒,失去動力。特別是在遇到困難和挫折時。在開展精益生產工作的時候,我也遇到過一些困難和挫折,讓我堅持下來的力量,很大一部分就是華寶的人才觀:有道德,有境界,有能力,有辦法。
Thoughts on the Advancement of Lean Production
I've always liked Huabao's view of talent, which is: lofty, aspiring, competent, versatile. In the process of promoting lean production, if you encounter difficulties, you can get new insights from these words!
This is the year that we, Huabao Group, have been fully promoting lean production management. Having participated in the lean start-up journey of several companies, I felt the passion of everyone. Whether it is the company's senior leaders or the frontline staff in the production workshop, everyone is very passionate about this work. Some of them knew the concept of Lean for the first time, while some of them had already been exposed to it, but it did not affect them to continue to learn the idea of lean production proactively and guide themselves to participate in the management of lean production. Sometimes my simple communication with these colleagues would last for an hour or two, just to figure out a Lean production tip, and these gave me great encouragement.
After the passion is over, people may become confused and withdrawn and lose motivation, especially when they encounter difficulties. When I was carrying out lean production work, I also encountered some difficulties, and what made me persevere was largely because of this phrase: having morals, having a realm, having the ability, and having the means.
Lean production management is a systematic work that involves all aspects of production management.
For us at the start-up stage, a lot of the work carried out is basic and not the core scope of Lean, such as the refinement of production indicators and statistical data. These tasks, however, can be guided by the idea of lean production to better formulate production and operation indicators and related data statistics, because more detailed indicators and data can make the effect of lean management have visual data, which is also an important support for assessing the ability of lean. What comes to mind when improving these foundational tasks is accountability, which is something that needs to be taken seriously in order to better carry out lean work. Everyone involved in the Lean process needs to have the responsibility and conviction to drive this forward.
With the responsibility and conviction to do a good job of advancing the work of lean production, the next step is how to make the relevant departments willing to do, willing to change the problem. Take the specific step of optimising production reports as an example. It is important to communicate with the first person in charge of the department directly involved, so that the other party understands why it is necessary to do this work. It is also essential to communicate with the people in the relevant assisting departments so that they understand why the change is necessary and what kind of work they are required to do in conjunction with it. Here we may encounter resistance, after all, it requires the contribution of others. In this process, the corresponding word is to be aspiring. One has to be aspiring, patient and tolerant to convince others to agree to do the work.
It is only when there is a consensus that everyone is willing to do the work that it involves how to do it. And how to do it? You can't just raise a problem and then leave it alone. Problems do not improve on their own. The departments directly involved and the departments involved may not do it, and there is a difference between the requirements of understanding and being able to do it. This is where the advocate person needs to be competent. Since it has to be done, the advocate has to prepare the programme and the methodology. In this process, it corresponds to having the ability. The advocate, who has the ability to do the job well, gives the appropriate programmes, measures and methods.
Despite having a feasible programme and implementation plan, the implementation process is not always smooth. We may encounter a variety of practical problems, such as lack of time, work conflicts, poor understanding, incorrect implementation, and so on. This is because each of us is learning and exploring, and difficulties are inevitable. This is where the dimension of "versatile" comes into play. Advocates should have the ability to adapt and believe that there are always more solutions than difficulties, and when they can't go on, they should have a way to change the situation and reach the final goal.
The above is my experience in promoting lean production management, and I hope it will be beneficial to my colleagues who are also promoting lean production management, and I also hope that lean production management can achieve fruitful results!
精益生產管理工作,是一個系統性的工作,涉及到生產管理的各個方面。
對于起步階段的我們,開展很多工作都是基礎性的,并不是精益的核心范疇。比如生產指標和數據統計工作的細化。這些工作卻可以用精益生產的思想,指導我們更好的制定生產運營指標和相關的數據統計。因為更細化的指標和數據,能夠讓精益改善的前后有直觀的數據體現,也是評估精益能力的重要支撐。在完善這些基礎性的工作時,我想到的是責任心,為了讓精益工作更好的開展,就需要認真地去做這些事情。每一個參與精益工作的人,都要有責任心、有信念的去推動這件事兒。
有了去做好推進精益生產這項工作的責任心和信念之后,接下來就是如何讓相關部門的人愿意去做,愿意改變的問題。根據精益生產工作推進步驟,在具體推進一項工作時,比如要優化生產報表,就要與直接參與部門的第一負責人溝通,讓對方理解為什么要去做這件工作。要與相關協助部門的人員溝通,讓他們理解為什么要改變,需要他們來配合我們哪些方面的工作。這里可能會遇到阻力,畢竟需要別人的付出。在這個過程里,對應的詞是要有境界。自己要有格局、有耐心、有包容的去說服別人同意去做這些事情。
等到大家達成共識,都愿意去做這件工作的時候,才涉及到如何做。那如何去做呢?你不可能提出問題后,就撒手不管了。問題不會自己改善,直接參與部門和相關部門可能并不會做,理解和會做的要求是不同的。這時就需要推動者的能力了。既然要做,就要準備好方案和方法。這個過程里,就對應了有能力。推動者,要具備做好這件事情的能力,給出相應的方案、措施以及方法。
有了可行的方案和實施計劃之后,在具體的實施過程里,也不是一帆風順的。可能會遇到各種現實的問題,例如時間問題,工作沖突、理解不到位、執行走樣等一系列問題,因為對于我們每一個人,都是在學習和摸索中前進,走彎路在所難免。這時候就對應了有辦法。推動者,要有變通能力,要相信辦法總比困難多,遇到走不下去的時候,要有辦法改變困境,達成最后的目的。
以上是我在推進精益生產管理工作時的一點心得體會,希望對同樣在推進精益生產管理工作的同事,有所益處,也希望精益生產管理工作能夠取得豐碩的成果!

1. 關系:印度尼西亞商務環境較重視人際關系,建立良好的人際關系對成功開展業務至關重要。
2. 握手禮:印尼人在社交場合見面一般以握手為禮,如對方是女性則輕握對方的手指表示尊重。除了握手禮,男性女性之間不要有肢體接觸。
3. 交換名片:在商務場合,交換名片是很重要的一環。接收對方名片時,用雙手接過,并仔細閱讀,表示尊重
4. 談判:印尼人講究面子,避免在公共場合直接表達異議。盡量采用委婉的方式表達,以免冒犯對方。
5. 著裝:男士著商務西裝,一般為黑色褲子、淺色襯衫、領帶、黑色西裝外套;女性著西裝時必須穿襪子。
6. 時間觀念:印度尼西亞人的時間觀念較為寬松,商務活動和會議可能會晚開始或推遲。需要耐心等待并適應這種文化。
