畢業于合肥學院,研究生專業為材料與化工,研究生期間連續4年獲得優秀學生干部。研究生期間考取了二級造價師資格證。日常生活中喜歡打羽毛球與玩游戲。2023年7月加入我司擔任研發工程師。
Graduated from Hefei University, majoring in materials and chemical industry, excellent student cadre, Possess Level 2 Cost Engineer Qualification Certificate.Hobby is playing badminton and games.Joined the company as R&D Engineer in July 2023.

先后在聯合利華,馬瑞利,威立雅環境等公司任職,于2023年6月入職我司擔任生產工人。
Worked for Unilever, Marelli, Veolia Environnement, etc. Joined the company as a production worker in June 2023.
二、公司大事記Company Milestones
? ? ? 自2017年奚偉德教授與合肥學院簽訂“合肥學院西偉德建筑及材料研發中心”戰略協議以來,隨著雙方聯合實驗室的建成及投入使用,我司研發部門與合肥學院保持著長期的研發合作。在此背景下,5月31日,我司受邀前往合肥學院召開座談會,與會人員有西偉德中國總經理鮑克文(Klaus Bourquin)、研發經理賈曉輝、總經理助理兼公關部經理林清辰、人事行政副總監彭麗、合肥學院城市建設與交通學院院長華建兵、服務地方辦副主任肖新國、副院長祝磊、該項目負責人石軍兵等。

Since Professor Sievert and Hefei University signed a strategic agreement on "Hefei University Sievert R&D Centre for Construction and Materials" in 2017,the company's R&D department has maintained long-term R&D cooperation with Hefei University with the completion and commissioning of the joint laboratory of the two sides.On 31st May, the company was invited to Hefei University to hold a seminar, attended by Klaus Bourquin, General Manager of Sievert China, Jia Xiaohui(R&D Manager), Lin Qingchen,(General Manager's Assistant and PR Manager), Peng Li(Vice HR&Admin Director), Hua Jianbing(President of Hefei University of Urban Construction and Transportation), Xiao Xinguo(Deputy Director of the Office of Service to the Localities), Zhu Lei(Vice-President), and Project leader Shi Junbing.
? ? 會上,華建兵院長對鮑克文先生(Klaus Bourquin)一行的到來表示歡迎,隨后詳細介紹了合肥學院的發展與師資和科研實力,學校獲批的科研項目。希望雙方未來攜手合作,進一步發揮學校人才優勢、硬件優勢、軟件優勢,結合西偉德集團公司項目,以公司的需求為導向,依托項目共建實驗室,聯合培養專業技術人才,進一步開展產學合作。鮑克文(Klaus Bourquin)先生表示自聯合實驗室成立以來,雙方投入資源和人力,希望聯合項目的簽約,助力科技成果從實驗室向產業更好的實現轉移,助力雙方邁向新的合作機遇。

At the meeting, President Hua Jianbing welcomed the arrival of Mr Klaus Bourquin and his party, and then introduced in detail the development of Hefei University with its faculty and scientific research strength, and the scientific research projects approved by the school. It is hoped that the two sides will work together in the future, and further give full play to the school's advantages in talents, hardware and software, combine with the projects of Sievert Group, and take the company's demand as the guide, build laboratories based on the projects, and jointly cultivate professional and technical talents, so as to further carry out the University-Industry Co-operation. Mr Klaus Bourquin said that since the establishment of the joint laboratory, both sides have invested resources and manpower, and hoped that the signing of the joint project would help the transfer of scientific and technological achievements from the laboratory to the industry, and help both sides to move towards new opportunities for cooperation.

的聯合實驗室平臺,共同進行基礎研究,探討高強度甚至超高強度的水泥基灌漿料的技術可行性。在幫助公司贏得市場競爭的同時,也助推中國整個行業良性發展。
In his subsequent speech, Mr Jia Xiaohui talked about the successful solutions provided by the Sievert Group in some tunnelling projects, hydroelectric dams, bridge repair, etc. in Germany and France. At present, we are also actively developing the market of special mortar in China, among which wind power grout is one of the areas we are focusing on at present. We expect to make use of the joint laboratory platform of? Hefei University Institute to conduct basic research and explore the technical feasibility of high-strength and even ultra-high-strength cement-based grout. This will help our company win the market competition and at the same time boost the benign development of the whole industry in China.
? ? ? 會后,我司研發經理賈曉輝與合肥學院聯合研發項目負責人石軍兵分別代表雙方簽署“聯合研究項目”合作協議。
After the meeting, Jia Xiaohui, R&D manager of the company, and Shi Junbing, the person in charge of the joint R&D project of Hefei University, signed the co-operation agreement of "joint research project" on behalf of both parties.

三、公司羽毛球比賽?
Company Badminton Competition
? ? ? ?為了展現員工良好精神風貌,進一步提高員工身體素質,營造和諧的工作氛圍。公司于6月2日組織全體員工報名參加羽毛球比賽。
In order to show the good spirit of the staff, to further improve the physical quality of the staff, and create a harmonious working atmosphere. The company organized all employees to register for the badminton competition on June 2nd.
? ? ? ? 本次比賽分為男單和女單項目,展開一場關于勇氣、趣味、膽識的較量。比賽于下午18:00拉開帷幕,比賽開始前轉述總經理對參賽員工們的期許,希望大家賽出風采,賽出水平,通過比賽增進友誼。隨后工作人員對比賽和規則進行了簡要闡述。

The match was divided into men's singles and women's singles, and the match started at 18:00 in the afternoon. Before the start of the game, the staff conveyed the general manager's expectations of the participating staff, hoping that we can compete in style and level, and enhance friendship through the game. Then the staff briefly explained the game and the rules.
? ? ? ?比賽活動中,大家展示風采、相互鼓勵,加油聲、口號聲、歡笑聲此起彼伏。大家紛紛以滿腔的熱情、高昂的斗志投入到比賽中,比賽過程精彩紛呈,現場氣氛十分熱烈,經過激烈角逐,最終評選男單冠軍汪鵬(工程銷售經理)和女單冠軍趙璨(人事行政主管)。
During the game, we show style, encourage each other, cheering, slogans, laughter. We have been full of enthusiasm, high morale into the game, the game process is brilliant, the scene atmosphere is very warm, after a fierce competition, and finally selected the men's single champion Wang Peng (Project Sales Manager) and women's single champion Zhao Can (Admin Supervisor).

? ? ? 本次比賽為每位參賽選手們準備了禮品,并為兩位冠軍頒發了定制獎品,本次羽毛球比賽在運動中增進交流、釋放壓力、享受快樂。羽毛球比賽的圓滿舉行,極大的燃起了大家對體育運動的熱情,也通過比賽展現了西偉德人奮發拼搏的勇氣和不斷進取的精神面貌。
Gifts were prepared for each participant and customised prizes were awarded to the two champions. The badminton match enhanced communication, released pressure and enjoyed happiness in the sport. The successful holding of the badminton game greatly ignited everyone's enthusiasm for sports, and also showed the courage of Sievert people to fight hard and the spirit of continuous improvement through the game.

四、第二季度端午主題生日會
? ? ? ?端午臨中夏,時清日復長。一年一度的端午節到來的同時,也迎來了公司第二季度生日會。為了慶祝這個特別的日子,6月19日公司舉辦了《端午主題生日會》。

《社保卡使用問題解決指南》
1、社保卡丟失該怎么辦?
What should I do if I lose my social security card?
如果社保卡不慎丟失,千萬不要慌,要及時掛失,避免權益受損傷。
社保卡掛失分為臨時掛失和正式掛失。
持卡人可以通過社保卡服務機構的網點、12333服務熱線、網上服務平臺或社保卡服務銀行的客服平臺辦理臨時掛失;
或者持有效身份證件,分別到社保卡服務機構和社保卡服務銀行網點,辦理社會保障應用和銀行賬戶應用的正式掛失。
如果后來找到了社保卡,再辦理解掛即可。如果確實找不到了,還需要申請補發社保卡。
2、社保卡快到期了,怎么辦理新社保卡?
How do I get a new social security card when my social security card is about to expire?
持卡人可在社保卡有效期滿前六十日申請換領,換領社保卡的流程與新申領一致,申請人可以自行通過服務網點或者網上服務平臺申請換領。社保卡管理服務機構或者社保卡服務銀行經持卡人同意后制發新卡。針對異地居住人員,開通了包括國家政務服務平臺、電子社保卡小程序、電子社保卡APP、掌上12333等全國統一的線上服務渠道。

3、社保卡顯示封存,該怎么辦?
What should I do if my Social Security card shows closed?
持卡人首先應確認是否已領取社保卡,如尚未領取,可聯系當地12333或者社保卡管理服務機構領取社保卡。
如已領取,可前往社保卡服務網點或通過線上等服務渠道啟用社保卡的社保功能,之后即通過社保卡享受政府相關公共服務。
社保卡未領取或未啟用不影響社保繳費業務的正常辦理。
4、社保關系跨省轉移,還能繼續使用嗎?
Can I transfer my social security relationship across the border and continue to use it?
在2016年啟動的全國跨省異地就醫持卡直接結算應用中,已實現社保卡全國通用。2021年底已實現社保卡申領、啟用、補換、臨時掛失等服務事項的跨省通辦。
社保卡的應用與社會保險統籌層次、相關應用系統的覆蓋范圍等密切相關。隨著各地社會保險已普遍實現省級統籌,社保卡已基本做到省內一人一卡,省內社保關系轉移無需換卡。社保關系進行跨省轉移的,目前需要進行換發社保卡。隨著企業職工養老保險全國統籌和全國性人社服務系統的建設,將進一步推進社保卡跨省通辦與通用,減少跨省重復辦卡。
