一、校企合作-與合肥工業學校合作新進展
我司自2022年5月份與合肥工業學校簽訂了長期合作協議，疫情原因很多工作都未及時開展，但期間一直保持著密切的聯系。2023年3月份我司與合肥工業學校共同為現代學徒制班掛牌，為建筑裝飾技術專業的學生提供更多的幫助。2023年12月份我司終于迎來合肥工業學校2022級建筑裝飾技術專業的學生，開展了一場深度的參觀學習活動，沉入式體驗了公司文化氛圍。

Our company has signed a long-term cooperation agreement with Hefei Industrial School since May 2022, many work has not been carried out in time due to the epidemic, but we have kept close contact with them. in March 2023, our company and Hefei Industrial School jointly listed the modern apprenticeship class, which provides more help for the students specialized in architectural decoration technology. in December 2023, we finally welcomed the students of 2022 grade architectural decoration technology from Hefei Industrial School to visit our company. They carried out an in-depth visit and learning activities, immersed experience of the company's cultural atmosphere.

為了指導學生實踐，我司技術服務部派出2位經驗豐富的技術服務人員闞旭東和潘麗明進課堂授課，為他們講解外墻飾面砂漿、地坪、住宅產業化套筒灌漿體系及瓷磚膠、防水等符合現代建筑要求的先進知識。在學生們學習到上墻知識時，我司派擁有豐富上墻經驗的丁之敏親自到現場指導學生從最基礎的和水泥開始做起，一步步粉刷所有墻面，同學們都非常感興趣，紛紛動手，并表示學習到很多書本上沒有的知識。

合肥市與德國奧斯納布呂克市互為友好城市，奧斯納布呂克工業文化博物館與當地的Pye小學的學生們合作制作了關于奧斯納布呂克市、合肥市的兒童畫作。館長找到奚韋德教授，希望奚韋德教授可以在合肥市尋找一家小學，完成他們的“集裝箱計劃”。

所謂的“集裝箱計劃”就是博物館把Pye小學的畫作、音頻等物料放在一個大的集裝箱，飄洋過海來到合肥，給合肥的小學生們介紹奧斯納布呂克這個城市以及他們自己。奚韋德教授非常樂意，并聯系了經開區管委會，在管委會的牽頭下，合肥市建平實驗小學與奧斯納布呂克Pye小學建立了聯系，德國寄來了Pye小學生的部分畫作，雙方還在我司人員的見證下進行了一次友好的視頻對話，“集裝箱計劃”也將全面展開。?

三、英語角活動總結

隨著同事們對英語技能要求越來越高，聽、說逐漸成為學習英語的關鍵。英語角活動的開展是為了構建一個英語學習和交流的平臺，創造一個良好的英語學習氛圍。
As colleagues become more and more demanding in their English skills, listening and speaking are gradually becoming the key to learning English. The purpose of the English Corner is to build a platform for English learning and communication, and to create a good atmosphere for English learning.

小伙伴們無論英語水平的高低，都或多或少的分享了自己平時怎么學英語的。比如某App，某種材料，怎么利用時間.......，其中印象最深刻的是看美劇，去營造語言環境，一開始是聽不清，跟不上其中的角色，但是最主要的是記得里面說話的腔調，整個句子的聲音，以及要非常熟悉內容情節。這樣快樂學習的方式能夠很快的提升口語能力。

四、人力資源分享小貼士之修改個人所得稅專項附加扣除信息注意事項

子女教育
修改時請注意-受教育階段
根據相關規定：
納稅人的子女接受全日制學歷教育的相關支出，按照每個子女每月2000元的標準定額扣除。
年滿3歲至小學入學前處于學前教育階段的子女，按接受全日制學歷教育的標準執行。
學歷教育包括義務教育（小學、初中教育）、高中階段教育（普通高中、中等職業、技工教育)、高等教育（大學專科、大學本科、碩士研究生、博士研究生教育）。
住房租金
納稅人修改時，請核對確保租賃時間起止正確。

繼續教育
根據相關規定：
1、納稅人在中國境內接受學歷（學位）繼續教育的支出，在學歷（學位）教育期間按照每月400元定額扣除。同一學歷繼續教育的扣除期限不能超過48個月；
2、職業資格繼續教育類型分為“技能人員職業資格”和“專業技術人員職業資格”。納稅人接受技能人員職業資格繼續教育、專業技術人員職業資格繼續教育支出，在取得相關證書的當年，按照3600元定額扣除。具體可扣除的證書名稱請參照人力資源和社會保障部發布的《國家職業資格目錄》。
大病醫療
根據相關規定：
在一個納稅年度內，納稅人發生的與基本醫保相關的醫藥費用支出，扣除醫保報銷后個人負擔（指醫保目錄范圍內的自付部分）累計超過15000元的部分，由納稅人在辦理年度匯算清繳時，在80000元限額內據實扣除。

住房貸款利息
如果發生貸款提前還清或房屋轉讓等已不符合享受扣除條件的情況，請及時修改貸款信息。
修改時請核對確保“首次還款日期”正確并修改“貸款期限（月份）”。例如2015年1月1日首次還款，貸款期限240個月，2023年12月31日發生房屋轉讓，則需將“貸款期限（月份）”由240改為108。
3歲以下嬰幼兒照護
根據相關規定：
納稅人照護3歲以下嬰幼兒子女的相關支出，按照每個嬰幼兒每月2000元的標準定額扣除。
父母可以選擇由其中一方按扣除標準的100%扣除，也可以選擇由雙方分別按扣除標準的50%扣除，具體扣除方式在一個納稅年度內不能變更。

贍養老人
根據相關規定：
1、納稅人贍養年滿60歲父母以及子女均已去世的年滿60歲祖父母、外祖父母的可以享受稅前扣除。
2、納稅人為獨生子女的，按照每月3000元的標準定額扣除。納稅人為非獨生子女的，應當與其兄弟姐妹分攤每月3000元的扣除額度，每人分攤的扣除額最高不得超過每月1500元。
3、一個納稅年度內，如納稅人的其他兄弟姐妹均已去世，其可在第二年按照獨生子女贍養老人標準3000元/月扣除。
