I am happy to be finally arrived in the middle of July in Northeast of China and be a part of the Changchun & Shenyang team.
2020 is another challenging year. The automotive industry globally is currently in a deep recession. Fortunately, the economy in China recovers very fast, which supports also strongly the business for Webasto. Looking ahead for 2021, it will remain very challenging as especially globally the business remains uncertain. Many companies and suppliers might go bankrupt, which could affect us as well in a global world.
Certain is only, that nothing is certain and the one will survive, who can reacts fastest and best to newly and quickly upcoming situations. China as country has proven how quick and effective it could handle the new virus situation successfully.
We have started a deeper cooperation between Changchun and Shenyang. I like to thank Kevin and Elton for their patience and support until my arrival. Cooperation and communication are not only important between Changchun and Shenyang, but also between all locations in China and with other overseas locations as well.
Same importance is also to keep close contact with our friends and colleagues in Shanghai. Do not hesitate to ask early for their support and service. Thanks to David and all VPs' continuous advice & support to the team.

很高興我終于在七月中旬抵達東北,加入長春和沈陽團隊。
2020年是充滿挑戰的一年。全球汽車產業正在經歷衰退。幸運地是,中國經濟快速恢復,對偉巴斯特的業務形成了有力的支持。展望2021年,由于全球行業形勢的不確定性,挑戰仍將繼續。很多企業和供應商也許面臨著破產,在全球范圍來看,這也將波及到我們自身。
沒有什么事情是絕對的,可以確定的是,唯有能夠快速且更好地應對未來的形勢,才能夠生存下來。中國已用實際行動證明了大國是如何成功地快速、高效應對病毒的。
在長春和沈陽工廠之間,我們已經開始了更深入的合作。在此,我要感謝凱文和江總在我到來之前的耐心和大力支持。合作與溝通并不只針對于長春和沈陽兩個工廠,對于中國其它地區的工廠和海外工廠同樣重要。

China light vehicle (incl. PV and CV) have had a strong pace of recovery from late Q1 and into early Q3; the fundamental demand revival is expected from 2021. As vehicle demand remained positive, momentum will remain to build inventory ahead of traditional purchasing season in October holidays.

2020 Webasto China Roof Actual and Forecast volume is 9% lower than Budget, which is similar to the average level of automotive industrial.

偉巴斯特長春工廠年預測比預算增長2.5%,主要在于奧迪A6,寶來,奔馳E級車型的需求量增大。
Webasto Shenyang total yearly volume will be 26% lower than budget with the negative volume decreasing by CHB131, D2SB etc.

凱文皮克先生和江總都感謝大家過去多年來的工作支持,表示將以另一個身份繼續關注長春和沈陽工廠。出于疫情的影響,柏銳安先生無法按原定時間進入工廠,只好遠程開展管理工作,幾經周折,終于從德國回到中國,喜悅的心情溢于言表。我們相信,柏銳安先生的加入,會堅實偉巴斯特長春及沈陽工廠合作的橋梁,并為這兩個兄弟工廠開創更加輝煌的明天。

Mr. Jan Henning Mehlfeld, President China, Mr. David Feng, VP Operations Webasto China and some management members came to Changchun and Shenyang plant, to appreciate the big effort and achivements during the past several years from the former Managing Director of Changchun plant, Mr. Kevin Peake and the former Managing Director of Shenyang plant, Mr. Elton Jiang. At the same time, they welcomed Mr. Ralf Barbian, the new Managing Director of Webasto Changchun and Shenyang plant. Ralf introduced himself to all the employees in Changchun and Shenyang in Chinese.
Mr. Kevin Peake and Mr. Elton Jiang both expressed their appreciation for work support over the past years, and frankly said that they will continue to pay attention to Changchun and Shenyang plants in another capacity. Due to the impact of the epidemic, Ralf was unable to enter the plants as scheduled, so he had to carry out remote management work. After several twists and turns, he finally returned to China from Germany. We believe that Ralf’s participation will strengthen the bridge of cooperation between Webasto Changchun and Shenyang plants, and create a more brilliant future for the two brothers.

On Oct. 28th and Nov. 5th, Webasto Changchun and Shenyang convene All Hands Meeting. All white collars, team leaders and operator representatives are invited. Ralf introduces the global crisis and business overview, China business update, Changchun and Shenyang business update. He shares the current status of ONE Excellence, ONE Webasto best practice and communication and improvement progess in Changchun and Shenyang plant. In addition, he emphasizes the importance of HSE and compliance. All staff comprehensively know the current business status and the future strategy of company.
In order to create a good communication environment, deliver the market change and company news to employees, the All Hands Meetings will be organized regularly.

- AU38X Fast Build
AU38X 是我公司專為一汽-大眾設計的一款模塊化天窗,它能同時滿足客戶的兩款車型,于CW39/2020和CW52/2020實現量產。在AU380/AU381的生命周期內,我們將為客戶的 AUDI A3兩款車型提供大約50萬套高品質的天窗。
中國區的領導與專家參加了此次fast build,中國區總裁嚴和寧先生、中國區項目副總裁凱文皮克先生、研發副總裁王博士、質量副總裁林女士和柏銳安先生,均給出寶貴的意見及指導。
在完成28件天窗生產且絕大多數的指標已經達成甚至超額達成的情況下,AU38X fast build完美地落下帷幕。在總結大會上,嚴和寧先生給與長春團隊充分的肯定與贊揚并感謝整個項目團隊辛苦的努力。

AU38X are modular sunroofs designed for FAW-Volkswagen that could be suitable for two different types of car and SOP will be in CW39 and CW52 2020. We will deliver 500,000 sets roofs with high quality for two models of AUDI A3 in the whole lifetime.
Top management and experts from central function also joined the fast build. Jan Henning Mehlfeldt, President China, Kevin Peake, VP PM WCN, Dr. Wang, VP R&D WCN and Barbara Lin, VP Quality WCN and Ralf participated the event.
28 roofs were produced and most items reached or exceeded the target, this highlighted the success of AU38X fast build. In the close meeting, Jan? praised Changchun team and gave high appreciation for the hard work we made.

After nearly three years, the BR247 team has gone through the ardiuous process of R&D, trial production and customer approval and finally entered the SOP stage in this harvest season. BR247 ASD project adopts Webasto's first ring production line globally. New technologies and new products bring new opportunities, but also bring unprecedented challenges to the team. Faced with the urgent timeline, high-quality requirements of customers and strict cost control, the team formed a task force to overcome one technical barrier after another and completed the project development work with high quality.

At 9:40 in the morning, the team of the Party committee secretary arrived at Webasto Changchun. Accompanied by management team, the Party Committee Secretary checked the factory and asked for details of arrival and commuting situation of employees, difficulties and problems.?
Bayinchaolu pointed out that enterprises are the foundation of stable growth and employment. If the enterprise is active, the market will be active; if the enterprise is good, the economy will be good. He encouraged enterprises to take the initiative to adapt to the new needs and changes, constantly develop excellent products, further expand production capacity and capture business opportunities.

吉林省委書記走訪長春工廠
2020年8月27日,沈陽工廠第一件卷陽簾分總成941B項目下線,標志著沈陽工廠進入可自主生產卷陽簾的時代。
941B卷陽簾業務于2020年3月確定在沈陽工廠生產,8月5號卷陽簾產線正式落地沈陽工廠。在此期間,沈陽工廠得到了襄陽工廠和長春工廠以及中國區ME的大力支持,沈陽ME及生產團隊只用了20天的時間完成調試,于8月27日生產出第一件產品,這是沈陽工廠建廠以來生產的第一個卷陽簾,意味著沈陽工廠進入可自主生產卷陽簾的時代。

On August 27th, 2020, the first sub-assembly of roller blind of 941B project rolled off the production line, marking that Webasto Shenyang has entered the era of self-production roller blind.
Since the 941B roller blind has only been decided to be produced in Webasto Shenyang in March 2020. The production line was arranged in Shenyang plant on August 5th. Shenyang plant ME & production team only took 20 days to finish the debugging and produced the first product on August 27 with the strongly support from Changchun, Xiangyang plant and China ME team during this period. This is the first set of roller blind of Shenyang plant since the plant was founded. It means that Shenyang plant has entered the era of independent production of roller blind.

長春與廣州工廠在天窗生產方面都有著豐富的經驗,我們希望通過此次學習與交流,雙方能取長補短,觸發更多的持續改進機會。4位經理在現場及會議室與對口部門做了深入的交流,在倉庫管理、訂單計劃、GOC會議、質量分析過程,以及生產線工藝改進等方面都獲得了寶貴的經驗。
讓我們期待長春工廠在運營管理方面很快能取得更大的進步。

On 28th-30th. Sep. 2020, 4 members of Webasto Changchun operation management team from SCM, WPS, QA and ME visited Webasto Guangzhou for best practice sharing and lessons learned.
Both Changchun and Guangzhou plants have rich experience on sunroof production. We hope through this exchange activity, we can compare and find out our weak/strong points from each other, and trigger for more CI opportunities.?The 4 managers have had deep communication on warehouse and order management, GOC meeting, quality issue analysis process, on line technical process improvement, and have got valuable experiences from Guangzhou team.
Let us expect Webasto Changchun make big progress on operation management very soon.

2020年開始隨著D2XX和WST項目的逐漸EOP,新項目914B,9BQX和G18逐漸落地,沈陽工廠開始重新規劃工廠布局。7月份拆除WST 4#線進行封存,備后續繼使用;8月份941B和G38卷陽簾產線分別從襄陽工廠和長春工廠搬遷到沈陽工廠;同時D2XX項目PU的5#和6#兩條線也進行拆除,其中一條轉移到了襄陽,繼續發揮他的使命。9月份GP12檢測室遷移到恒溫庫,為G18裝配線落地做好了前期準備。沈陽工廠正在進入他的2.0快速變革時期,兩年后沈陽工廠將以全新的面貌和嶄新的姿態呈現給大家。

Shenyang plant starts to replan the layout with the gradual EOP of D2XX and WST projects and the launch of new projects 914B, 9BQX and G18. In July, WST # 4 line was removed to storage for later use. In August, the production lines of 941B and G38 roller blind were moved from Xiangyang and Changchun plant to Shenyang plant respectively. In the meantime, PU line 5, 6 of D2XX project was also removed, one was transferred to Xiangyang plant to continue to play its mission. In September, the GP12 testing room was moved to the constant temperature warehouse, making early preparations for the landing of the G18 assembly line. Shenyang plant is entering its 2.0 period of rapid change. Two years later, Shenyang plant will present to you a new look and a new attitude.
The automobile industry in 2020 is facing more difficult market challenges. Almost all major OEM see that improving product quality is an indispensable part of this campaign. As a core supplier, we are also facing great challenges.
When one escalation notice after another fell in front of us, the whole group and Changchun plant, faced the challenges and responded positively. The company defined Quality Assurance team as the leader, all departments of the company actively assisted and all departments in China fully supported. We faced difficulties together and worked together to meet challenges. Each team carried out the work quickly, actively analyzed the customer escalation process, analyzed the internal weak links, actively promoted the technical point of view to solve problems and promoted the improvement of the company's process system. After 3 months of hard work, we closed all customer escalations on time. At the exit evaluation meeting, BBAC, FAW-VW No.2 plant and FAW-VW warranty gave positive ratings to our team's efforts.
We will not be afraid of challenges, forge ahead in the challenges and make continuous progress.

在中國區的支持下,沈陽工廠和長春工廠緊密合作,G38卷陽簾生產線成功轉移到沈陽工廠,并在9月3日,生產出第一套卷陽簾。從8月份開始兩家工廠開始進行技術交流,項目統籌協調;質量充分溝通,沈陽生產員工提前6周進駐長春,在長春生產的傳幫帶下,快速掌握操作技巧;ME團隊提前做好準備工作,搶進度加班加點,經過沈陽和長春兩家工廠的共同努力,搬線項目僅僅用了8天時間。

Under the? support of central function, with the close cooperation of the Shenyang and Changchun team, the G38 RB production assembly line was transferred to Shenyang plant and the first RB produced on September 3rd.?
Since August, the two plant have started technical exchange, production staff of SY were stationed in Changchun for 6 weeks in advance for training. ME team of Shenyang made preparations in advance and worked overtime to catch up with the schedule. Through the joint efforts of two plant in Shenyang and Changchun, it only took 8 days to move the line project. Once again, the cultural concept of "One Webasto" to enjoy cooperation and progress was practiced.

2019年,供應商飛行檢查共發現199個問題點,真正做到早發現,早預防,零件供貨的質量得到了有效保障。2020年,受疫情影響,飛行檢查無法繼續,SQ部門決定開展Line walk活動,結合每個零件的結構及以往經驗教訓,每天在線抽查零件。截至9月末,共發現135個潛在風險點及產線員工不易發現的缺陷,有效降低了零件的質量風險。在我司開展Line walk活動的同時,部分供應商也在內部展開了類似活動, 本著寧愿事前檢查,不可事后修改的原則,進一步增加了風險點識別能力。

As of the end of September, 135 potential risk points and defects were found, which effectively reduced the quality risk? of parts. While we carried out line walk activities, some suppliers also carry out similar activities internally. Based on the principle of prior inspection rather than modification afterwards, the ability to identify risk points is further increased.

PSD天窗漏水一直是我司售后索賠的主要開口項,據統計2019年偉巴斯特長春工廠售后部門收到一汽大眾因PSD天窗漏水導致的客戶索賠共計約63萬元,為了避免客戶抱怨,降低售后索賠,如何能夠快速有效地解決PSD天窗漏水問題也成為了工作的重中之重。
2020年初,偉巴斯特長春工廠由研發、質保等部門組建問題解決小組,通力合作,設計出一種新型導水零件, 在經過一系列的試驗驗證后已經成功地應用到售后市場,截至2020年9月已節省約370萬元,同時也獲得客戶的一致好評和認可。

Water leakage of PSD sunroof has always been the main opening item of our warranty claims. According to statistics, in 2019, warranty department of Webasto Changchun received a total of 630,000 RMB from customers due to water leakage of PSD sunroofs. In order to avoid customer complaints and reduce warranty claims, how to quickly and effectively solve the problem of PSD sunroof water leakage has become the top priority.?
At the beginning of 2020, a task force team set up by R&D, QA and other departments of Webasto Changchun gave full cooperation to develop a new type of water guide part. After a series of tests and verifications, it has been successfully applied to the after-sales market. Until September 2020, it has saved about 3.7 million RMB, and has won the unanimous praise and recognition from customers.

With the arrival of Ralf, a warm current of cooperation and mutual understanding is forming. The two plants are witnessing "ONE Webasto" and "ONE family". On the second week of Ralf’s arrival, Shenyang and Changchun plant start to develop deep communication. G38 RB relocation, BMW X5 supporting, Support Changchun PU FTT improvement, 21 operators from Shenyang supporting Changchun produciton line ect. There are total 19 department developing 50 projects. Total saving about 2.3 mio RMB!

Line 4 of Shenyang plant decided to move to the outer warehouse. ME team was appointed in the face of crisis. Without similar relocation experience and tight budget, ME team managed to squeeze out time, carefully planned, made detailed relocation plan and methodically disassembled and marked the equipment in accordance with the plan. After one month of team cooperation, the relocation task was completed perfectly and no accidents occurred in the construction process, saving more than 100,000 yuan. With the arrival of Ralf, in order to provide a better communication platform for employees, since July 2020, Changchun plant has established a new communication meeting mechanism. In addition to the communication meeting of various departments, it has also established a biweekly communication meeting for blue collar operators, which is organized by HR department and attended by Ralf. MD has a face-to-face conversation with employees and listens attentively to their opinions.
Up to now, Changchun plant has held 14 communication meetings and collected 53 feedback, involving infrastructure construction and process optimization. The management of the company attaches great importance to the opinions and aspirations of employees, actively formulates improvement plans, improves one by one and gives feedback. We hope to build a heart to heart communication bridge between employees and the company via this platform.
隨著新任總經理柏銳安先生的到來,為了給員工提供更好的溝通平臺,自2020年7月起,長春工廠建立了新的溝通會機制,除了各部門的溝通會之外,還建立了每兩周一次的一線藍領操作工溝通會,由人力資源部組織,總經理柏銳安先生親自參加,溝通會上,總經理與員工面對面親切交談,悉心聽取員工意見。
截至目前,長春工廠共開展溝通會14場,收集反饋意見53條,涉及基礎設施建設以及流程優化等。公司管理層高度重視員工意見和心聲,積極制定改進計劃,逐條進行改進并給與反饋。希望借此架起員工與公司之間心與心溝通的橋梁。

本次大賽使公司內部形成了“比技術、學技能”的氛圍,對公司以及員工的個人發展起到了良好的促進作用。

“SUPERTECH” Competition
In order to improve the professional skill and provide a performance platform for our staff, the 2020 Webasto Changchun "SUPERTECH" competition week was successfully completed on schedule with the strong support of all departments. The competition lasted one week and was divided into two parts: office staff and operators. A total of 12 competitions were held. More than 200 people signed up for the competition including Sunroof Disassembly and Assembly Skill, Forklift Driving Skill, Quality Defect Identification, and KK valve disassembly and install. At the opening ceremony, Ralf cheered all the employees who participated in the competition. He hoped that the competition could bring joy to everyone's work.?
The competition was wonderful, showing the excellent technical skills of the staff. This competition has formed an atmosphere of "comparing and learning skills" within the company, which has played a good role in promoting the personal development of the company and employees.

在偉巴斯特工作的5個月,我走出困境,重新過上了理想中的家庭生活。

今年4月,企業開始復工。老婆看到3個月沒上班的我,整天捧著手機,無所事事,抱怨不斷。只有當我做起了家務,才能看到她的歡顏。朋友得知后,告訴我偉巴斯特環境與待遇俱佳,正在招工。于是我聯系了外服,約定面試時間。掛掉電話后美滋滋得做起家務。
二、初見
面試那天我很早就到了,碩大的廠房和醒目的Logo映入眼簾,雄偉大氣。
下午1點我們進入廠區,填寫材料、參觀車間,干凈整潔的生產線,員工有序作業的樣子深深吸引了我。接下來的兩輪面試,都很順利,通知說體檢合格就可以上班了。高興過頭的我向老婆闡述面試經過時不夠嚴肅,那天的家務我做得很晚。
三、相伴
接到入職通知后,辦理入職手續、接受崗前培訓、分配班組。很榮幸,我被分到了AU426,班長和師傅人都很好,細致得幫我答疑解惑。
? ? 我師父是將近10年的老員工,對每個崗位都很熟悉,還能解決生產時突發的小狀況,很厲害。在師傅的幫助和同事的鼓勵下,慢慢的我可以跟上產線的節拍了。幾個月下來,我已經跟老員工差不多了。
? ? 來公司這5個月,每天很充實,還收獲了一群有趣、相處融洽的同事。每個月工資上交老婆,偶爾吃完飯,還可以不用收拾碗筷。最重要的是自己又能承擔家庭責任了,多虧偉巴斯特讓我又找回這久違的幸福感。

Five-month’s working experience in Webasto helps me get out of trouble and regain the ideal status in my family.

In this April, production recovered. My wife complained when she saw me playing mobile phone all day and doing nothing. I could only see her smile when I helped with housework.
When my friend knew this, he told me that Webasto was recruiting operators and the environment and treatment were both good there. So I called Jilin Fesco and made an appointment to have an interview. Then I continued to do housework happily.
First sight
I behaved well in two rounds of interview and the interviewer told me that I could work in the company if my physical exam result is OK. I was so excited that I didn’t told the whole thing in a proper way to my wife, then I had to work late on housework that night.
Company
Then I got the offer, went to the company, filled in the forms, received training and I was assigned to AU426 team with luck. My shift leader and master are very nice and they are willing to help me with my problems.
My master works in the company for almost 10 years, he is familiar with all the positions in lines and is able to handle many unexpected situations. With the help of my master and workmates, I could catch up with others in the line, and after several months, I was just like an old hand.
Five-month’s time in Webasto is full and I meet many nice workmates and have a lot of fun. Sometimes, I don’t need to clean the table and wash dishes when I hand in my salary to my wife. What’s more, I could take family responsibilities again and regain the happiness in life. Thanks to Webasto!

戶外運動可以鍛煉堅毅的品格、積極樂觀的生活態度去感染周圍每個人,也能更有效得經營自己的生活、從容面對工作壓力。我最近接觸最多的是陸地沖浪板,它是模擬海上沖浪輔助滑雪的一種新興板類運動。作為吉林長春陸沖板的發起人,我是國內較早接觸這項運動的人之一。喬布斯的夢想是改變世界,我的夢想很簡單,用熱情感染身邊的人,獲取最大的成就感,燃燒你的多巴胺!
戶外運動很好得鍛煉了我的抗壓能力和知難而進、毫不退縮的精神。在一次全國陸沖板八字繞樁比賽中,我從最初的29.9秒、28.6秒、27.8秒……,最終取得了26.81秒全國排名第三的好成績。一次次的失敗、不斷地反復練習,讓我更加堅定了做每一件事都要持之以恒,在工作和生活中遇到任何難題我都會勇敢克服困難,直面挑戰。雪壓枝頭低,雖低不著泥,一朝紅日出,依舊與天齊。

I love outdoor sports, such as skateboarding (land surfboard), drift board, pulp board, wake Board, surfboard, snowboarding, bicycling, swimming, badminton, football, mountaineering, rock climbing, running, etc.
Outdoor sports can exercise people’s firm character, positive and optimistic attitude towards life, infecting everyone around you. It could manage your life more effectively and face the pressure of work calmly. What I have played most recently is Land Surfskate, which is a new type of board sport that simulates sea surfing assisted snowboarding. I have come into contact with this sport earlier in China and I am the initiator of Land Surfboard in Jilin Changchun. Jobs' dream is to change the world but my dream is very simple and I hope to infect the people around me with enthusiasm, getting the greatest sense of achievement, and burning everyone's dopamine.
Outdoor sports have greatly improved my ability to resist pressure and my spirit of never flinching back from difficulties. In a national land rush board competition, I started from 29.9 seconds, 28.6 seconds, 27.8 seconds… Finally, I achieved 26.81 seconds, ranking third in China. Failure after failure and repeated practice have made me more determined to persevere in everything. I will bravely overcome difficulties and face challenges in my work and life. Although the heavy snow bends the bamboo almost to the mud, but when the weather is clear, red sun rising, it will still hold its head high.

2017年7月,大四的那個暑假,伴隨著最后一科考試的結束 ,她迎來了偉巴斯特供應鏈管理部的實習工作。
她性格外向,在加上偉巴斯特開放良好的工作氛圍,使她很快融入供應鏈這個部門,融入到了偉巴斯特。出來乍到的她勤勤懇懇,任勞任怨,每一項工作她都做得妥妥貼貼。實習的一年很快就過去了,當所有畢業大學生面臨找工作的難題時,她的努力得到了部門領導的認可,幸運從一名實習生轉為了正式員工,成為一名物料計劃員。經過一年的歷練, 2019年的8月,因為公司的人事調動,她在保留物料計劃的同時又接手了關務的工作,這份新的工作讓她面臨著極大的挑戰,然而,她并沒有退怯,白天做本職的物料計劃工作,利用晚上下班時間,去熟悉新工作的流程,整理需要記錄的內容,總結經驗。在一次次的實踐和總結經驗中,她一步步成長起來,一晃三年過去了,現在的她不僅物料計劃做的越來越好,關務的工作也可以獨當一面了。
都說90后是特別的一代,因為她們太個性,不會輕易融入認可一個群體.但在偉巴斯特的三年,公司不僅給了她溫暖的家感覺,更給了她展示自己才華的舞臺,讓這個90后深深的融入并成為了他的一員。她就是沈陽工廠供應鏈管理部物料計劃兼關務——王思彤!

One year of internship soon passed. When all the graduates were faced with the problem of finding a job, her efforts were recognized by Websto. I am much honored to have the opportunity to run for the shift leader this time. I thank my colleagues and the management for their trust in me. In many excellent candidates, I stood out, and through internal selection, smoothly promoted to a team leader.
Before the election, I was filled with anticipation and panic. After the written examination, on-site actual operation, finally entered the interview stage. As soon as I entered the room, there were interviewers from various departments sitting opposite. It was inevitable that a nervous "signal" would be sent to my face. Once accepted, it meaned that the performance was abnormal and the interview failed, at least not brilliant. In the face of all the interviewers' questions, I answered them one by one. The tense atmosphere slowly calmed down accompanied by the passionate answer. As a production shift leader, I will be fully responsible for the safety production, product quality, labor discipline, staff reduction and efficiency, 5S, training, continuous improvement, experience sharing and on-site emergency resolution.
In the future, I will be strict with myself, learn more, think more, record more, summarize more, and constantly improve myself. My attitude towards people is sincere and honest; diligence, pragmatism and continuous learning are the work attitude that I need to improve constantly, so as to achieve daily cleaning, daily completion, quality, quantity and timely completion of production tasks.

偉巴斯特沈陽工廠就有這樣的一只隊伍,他們不分男女,不分天氣,每周末都會如約而至出現在長長的跑道上,一跑就是幾年,我曾經問過他們,是什么信念能讓你們風雨無阻,堅持不懈?他們給了我完美的答案,首先是喜歡跑步,喜歡體驗跑步過程中的坎坎坷坷,喜歡跑步時的大汗淋漓,喜歡跑步時肆意自由而急促的呼吸,喜歡跑步時思想的天馬行空,喜歡跑步時耳邊的習習涼風,喜歡最后沖刺時的勝利與喜悅。在跑步中,他們也獲得了很多東西。跑步讓他們更團結,這種團結是情感聚集的在一起而產生的,需要每個人都真誠的面對集體中的每個人,學會謙虛,學會冷靜,學會傾聽,大家一起風雨同舟,同甘共苦,共同進步;跑步讓他們學會了堅持,這種堅持是一種態度,堅持跑步,不半路退縮,不半途而廢。跑步讓他們更享受工作,如果工作是主菜,那么運動跑步就是他們的調味劑,每次跑后輕松與快感,更能體會工作帶來的成就與滿足。
