2022年2月10日,總公司商務總經理邱琪一行以座談會的的形式和南京的管理層相聚一起共話2022共圖新發展。
圍繞“學黨史,辦實事”這一主題思想,邱總指出辦實事實際就是要發展好經濟工作,面對各種挑戰,確保經營目標如期完成。
南京工廠廠長劉目珍概述了去年的基本情況,困境下大家同舟共濟,在下半年取得了成績。今年面臨的是人的問題,要進一步提升人員素質,改善軟環境,強化質量意識,推動南京工廠整體業績改善,智能化提升,產品結構優化,碳中和工廠綠色化。
南京工廠副廠長顧曉峰雖然到南京時間較短,但是已經快速融入到團隊中并做了很多有益的工作。利用自身資源為南京工廠建立溝通的橋梁,構建未來三年的發展格局。
各科室經理從項目總結經驗,制定了切實可行的計劃,包括解決自身團隊的建設問題,專業攻關難題,人才發展問題,項目開展等各項舉措。人事行政科經理郭慧匯報了人事管理的工作,感謝總公司在薪資結構上的調整,使得人員更加穩定。在新的一年里,首先開展員工關懷行動, 其次搭好內部人員梯隊,防止人才斷層,做好知識沉淀。
邱總對于我們用人的態度和思路給予了充分肯定,強調我們要搭建事業的平臺,通過各方面的鼓勵政策真正的留住人。
邱總提到:我們的自主研發創造了新的機遇。南京工廠APA做的很好。機會就在我們面前,希望大家做公司事業的主力軍和參與者。

南京工廠劉目珍廠長代表行政方,做行政工作報告。從公司運營角度出發,提煉總結了2021年研發能力提升、生產規劃運營、質量攻堅、RPP實施、數字轉型、綠色工廠建設等方面的工作重點和亮點。2022開啟追夢之旅,全力打造“高效能+智能+綠色+成長型”理想工廠。劉總對南京工廠全體員工提出了更高的要求。
在劉總發言基礎上,就夢工廠的背景、概念、結構、和發展策略南京工廠顧曉鋒副廠長作了進一步闡述,幫助全體與會人員更好理解夢工廠的內涵和落地計劃,目標明確,路徑清晰。

3月4日,綠色工廠創建月的啟動儀式在南京工廠食堂一樓正式拉開帷幕,簽名墻簽到、團隊合影、有獎問答等,活動紛呈。
南京開發區經發局的余震海副局對本次活動非常關注,啟動儀式當天,他特別指派了胡明慶科長蒞臨現場,在對我們的綠色工廠創建給與了充分肯定的同時,也感受了一下活動的氣氛,待返回時他特意交待HSE經理許文超將本次活動的海報及相關材料一并發送給他,作為標桿向開發區內其他企業推薦宣傳。
啟動儀式期間南京工廠廠長劉目珍、副廠長顧曉峰也帶領著上海總公司的領導來到現場打卡,并參加了答題拿太陽能搖擺小花的活動,這時每個人臉上都綻放著如花般的笑容。南京工廠黨總支書記、工會主席張洪明也特意過來打卡助威,他的身影駐留在每個展臺前面,給我們留下了一道獨特的風景線。

2022年1月25日,南京工廠質量文化建設2021年度總結表彰大會暨“QQ堂”2.0版本發布會、第一屆線下挑戰答題大賽順利召開。
上午10點鐘,南京工廠廠長劉目珍,副廠長顧曉峰,黨總支書記、工會主席張洪明,各部門經理及廣大員工參加了本次活動,質量保證科經理呂嘵君主持本次活動。
各部門員工積極報名參加”QQ堂”線下挑戰答題賽,賽況激烈。經過多輪現場PK,生產部張雨水勇奪冠軍,亞軍季軍分別由生產部王寧和江正東斬獲。比賽還評出多名優秀人員。
回顧2021年9月,搭建在釘釘平臺上的“QQ堂”1.0版初次發布,經過短短4個月的發展,已經更新迭代到功能更完善,內容更豐富的2.0版本,包括每日答題,挑戰答題、文章學習、視頻學習等內容。
書記表示:質量是全員參與的質量,“QQ堂“的發展不僅讓大家學習到了豐富的理論知識,更能促進全員質量意識,促進實物質量,把好質量關,更好的完成2022年的各項質量目標及KPI。

2022年1月26日下午,趕在春節放假前,南京工廠管理層齊聚一堂,圍繞2022工廠戰略方向和工作計劃展開了充分交流。
會議伊始,根據此前劉總提出的,將南京工廠打造成“高效能工廠、綠色工廠、智能工廠、成長型工廠“的美好愿景,顧總搭建了“夢工廠“的初步模型,并從愿景、使命和價值觀的角度向科室經理們進一步詮釋了夢工廠的構成。
隨后,科室經理們分別圍繞四個夢想分享了各科室具體的工作計劃。財務科室重點關注成本控制和RPA應用;人事科室從文化建設、人才發展儲備和員工滿意度提升等方面進一步發力;基建安全環境科室力推綠色環保和安全健康理念的全面落實;項目科室強調提升項目管理水平,以項目的安全啟動為后續的批量生產保駕護航;研發、工藝、質量等技術科室則更重視自動化和大數據應用、流程優化、能力建設以及梯隊的完善和穩定;生產科室打算在能力效率提升、規范意識和持續改善等方面火力全開。物流科室則堅持以保供為要務,在智能物流中心的運營表現上精益求精。
會議尾聲,劉總和顧總,分別肯定了經理們的分享,同時也提出了更高的要求,在目標分解的同時要根據優先級進一步細化工作,落地的方案才更有意義。黨總支張書記則給每位經理們派發了感謝信,感謝經理們2021年的辛苦付出。

On February 21, 2022, the Youth League Committee of Bosch Huayu Nanjing Branch, together with the Youth League Working Committee of jinniuhu street, held a love birthday party for troubled teenagers with "warm children and grow together" at the youth home in Jinshan Village.

2022年2月21日,博世華域南京分公司團委攜手金牛湖街道團工委,在金山村青年之家開展“情暖童心,相伴成長”困境青少年愛心生日會活動。
活動伊始,博世華域團委書記馬軍代表公司為 “小壽星”,送上生日祝福。
在生日歌聲中,團委們送上蛋糕。隨后,小壽星許下生日愿望。
生日會還安排了“小丑”表演環節。最后,青年們和小朋友們一起玩起了趣味游戲。
本次活動也得到經開區團工委的大力支持,團工委干事馮曉敏代表組織,也送上了生日禮物。

2022年初我司正式頒布BHSS信息安全架構體系制度,該體系架構主要以如下兩部分組成:1.信息安全領導小組,2.信息安全工作小組。
01信息安全領導小組
主要由公司總經理和黨委書記以及一級部門總監和經理擔任,職責是全面指導和授權信息安全管理工作,審批信息安全相關規章制度文件,為公司整體信息安全工作提供決策和資源保障。
02信息安全工作小組
主要由信息安全管理員,IT系統管理員及各部門信息安全聯絡員組成,主要職責是:引導信息安全體系正常運轉,組織信息安全培訓教育,開展信息安全相關檢查,協調組織內部外部資源處理信息安全事件。該組織架構的建立對信息安全風險進行有效的管理,并健全和完善了我司信息安全管理體系。

? ? ? ? 2022年3月,全國疫情“倒春寒”,面對疫情,南京工廠嚴格保障正常運作,其中,創迅保障著全工廠的飲食。后廚消殺、餐廳消毒、辦公室盒飯配送,各個環節都十分重要,需要做到足夠的嚴謹與細致,才能幫助大家吃上安全飯,放心飯? ? ? ? 值得一提的是,家住堯化門封控區的程大廚,為支持后勤,3月23日至3月26日留宿工廠。? ? ? ? 雖然消毒工作步驟復雜,食品配送流程繁瑣。食堂工作人員仍舊不辭勞苦,全力保障了疫情期間南京工廠的飲食供應,為他們點贊!

What impressed me most was the works of a large number of employees' children. Children are the future of the motherland, which is also very consistent with the theme of "green factory, green future".
  • What kind of mental process do you have:?
Concept presentation stage: in October 2021, President Liu first proposed the concept of green factory
Investigation and research stage: in November 2021, the HSE department output the preliminary establishment plan.
Formal declaration stage: in June 2022, complete the preparation of various materials, connect with the government as required and submit declaration materials.
We hope to win the honor of green plant in 2022!

省級綠色工廠的創建工作從1月份啟動以來,已完成70%的申報準備工作。4月15日順利通過了ISO50001能源管理體系的審核,預計五月中旬,我們將正式獲得該認證證書。下一階段,我們準備5月底前完成申報材料的準備,6月初完成正式申報。
作為夢工廠戰略的重要目標,如何將創建工作和工廠的運營實際結合在一起,是我們面對的最大挑戰。我們希望借助這個創建工作,提高全體員工的綠色發展意識,為工廠做出貢獻。
創建月期間,共收到各類參賽作品32件,包括了書畫、手工、攝影等多種形式,讓我感觸最大的是其中大量員工子女的作品,孩子是祖國的未來,這也非常契合“綠色工廠,綠色未來”的主題。
我覺得這個過程主要分為以下幾個階段:
概念提出階段:2021年10月,劉總最先提出了綠色工廠的概念,并就這個概念和上海總部進行了初步的交流,在此基礎上,HSE部門開始進行一些基本的調研;
調查研究階段:2021年11月,HSE部門對綠色工廠的概念、創建的條件和可行性、申報流程等信息進行了調查分析,并輸出了初步的創建計劃;
創建實施階段:2022年1月,我們組建了創建項目組,制定了詳細的培訓宣貫和實施計劃,在此期間與劉總、顧總和相關部門進行了多輪討論,鎖定了計劃,開始正式實施,目前工作正在順利推進;
正式申報階段:2022年6月,完成各項資料準備,按要求與政府對接,提交申報資料;
希望經過大家的努力,在2022年成功獲得省級綠色工廠的榮譽!
