滿足于以下條件的成功推薦者,可獲得推薦獎金: ?
Employee who successfully recommends a candidate shall be entitled with the referral bonus with conditions as below:
1. HR部門尚未通過其他渠道收到過該應聘者的簡歷;?
2. 該應聘者不能是捷信的在職員工; ??
3. 由于內部推薦獎金所帶來的個人所得稅將由員工自己承擔; ?
4. 該成功推薦者與被推薦者在推薦獎金發放之日仍都在職; ?
5. 該應聘者如果從捷信離職未滿一年,推薦者不能獲得獎金; ?
6. 董事長、部門部長、該崗位直屬上司和HR成員不能?
? ? 領取推薦獎金; ? ? ??
7. 推薦實習生成功的,不享受推薦獎金。 ? ? ? ? .?
1. The candidate has not been recommended by other recruitment channels;?
2. The candidate cannot be our current employee;?
3. The individual income tax brought by the bonus would be borne by the employee himself/herself; ?
4. The employee who recommends the successful candidate and the employee who is recommended should both stay with the company when the referral bonus is paid;?
5. For rehire, no referral bonus within 1 year;?
6. Chairman of company, Department Head, Line Manager and HR are not eligible for the internal referral bonus;?
7. Your recommendation for intern without referral bonus is also welcome.?
